Can I freeze the meat upon arrival?
Yes, our fresh meat is suitable for home freezing. We recommend freezing it on the day of delivery to maintain optimal flavor and texture for up to six months.
What are your delivery days?
We deliver Tuesday through Friday. Orders placed before 12 PM are eligible for next-day delivery, depending on stock availability and your location.
How do you ensure the quality of the meat?
Every carcass is inspected by our trained in-house team and processed in our government-approved facility to meet the highest safety and hygiene standards.
What is your return policy for perishable goods?
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order or damage during transit, please contact us within 24 hours for a resolution or refund.
