    We only use the finest ingredients in our premium sausages  are used to fill our natural skin casings to a home made recipe  6 standard pack size.

    Our sausages are made from prime boar mince with a small amount of gluten free rusk added as part of the seasoning mix.  (refer to the FAQs for full list).  

    A very different sausage, it retains the texture of a pork sausage while giving it the zing of a taste of the wild.
