A leaner alternative to pork, wild boar tends to be darker in colour than pork so will give your home sausages/burgers a slightly more intense flavour and colour. Trimmings are from the shoulder and haunch and belly. 

Vacuum packed.  Shelf life fresh once packed is up to 8 days.
