Cut from the haunch, or back leg, this steak is larger than a loin steak and so comes in a pack of 1.  Like the loin steak, this steak is simply pan-fried to make a quick and easy meal. It is very good value and so is the regular dinner for the owners of the Wild Meat Company!

Season well and pan fry for 3-4 minutes per side (medium rare). Rest for 5 minutes.
